Agree. If you are the senior person who has worked there, you know what the mine needs and the plan for future development. As the graduated, they don’t have any practical experience and they just follow what you tell them, they will be trained with your plan. However, when the new senior come, they have their own opinion and whatever experience, they want to try to their own ways instead until it proves wrongly. That’s the problem for cdu. They keep changing the head, not just processing but board/management team.
