...or maybe the situation is even worse than it appears from the outside.
While not of huge importance I happened to take a look at AXP Australian office last week (it happens to be on the same floor of the building my mortgage broker is on in Bondi Junction). The lights were out and nobody was inside (this was 3 pm on Thursday) and there was a post-it note stuck to door to ring a phone number for deliveries.
