Keep reading and you will see this also mentioned in the prospectus: The date from which SenSen shall be required to commence provision of the services relating to the Product (‘the Service Start Date’) is yet to be determined and agreed between the parties. It then states: "SenSen shall be entitled to licensing and service fees" but one would imagine that would only happen when the start date has been agreed. Hope you get my point.
