What I don’t understand is why didn’t Schubach sell their share of Spain and continue the drill in Uruguay in the first place? Why did we need to take Schubach’s share of Spain and dilute Uruguay shares? So... we can say it’s out of our hands???

The focus has always been Uruguay. If we have a choice of Spain or Uruguay most of us will vote for the continuing drilling of Uruguay right. So we should sell Spain to continue the drill in Uruguay.

Let’s take a vote Spain or Uruguay. Obviously we cannot afford both at the moment.

Some friendly advice...

1. Try your best to take the emotion out of it.
2. Read the announcements. You don’t know what is actually happening and what has changed since you first invested. We no longer control Uruguay. We have no say in what happens there.
3. Look to the future. There is still plenty of potential and you aren’t the only one down ~$80k!
