Is Veris Gold, as mentioned above, an example of the business model being followed???

Identify a target and orchestrate a board takeover. Drive the company into the ground with poor management decisions and keep it going by loading the balance sheet with debt.....Then take it private and run it at a nice profit.........There would appear to be a number or comparisons that can be drawn.....did I mention it was taken over by Sprott....
