I was thinking about this today. A good way to get rid of the fleas at 1cent would be to have a trading halt followed by some significant news in relation to either the acquisition of the mine or granting of the dso would be such a development that would warrant a trading halt. Such an action would force the punters to pay a market premium and eradicate the vermin at 1 cent.
