So about 515m shares (majority of additional are escrowed until 24 months after listing). Exclude the options presumably as these will result in cash on exercise?
515m shares @ 11.5c = $63m Market Cap
$1.25/user/month puts us ARR at around $4.5m and assuming the last 100,000 users came on at a conservative 75c/user/month that puts ARR at about $5.4m. So we are trading at about 11.6x revenues. That seems pretty reasonable for a SaaS business that is growing so quickly doesn’t it?
How are my calculations looking?
