AhMarionet, I believe they already have CE approval? This is what they said in an ASX announcement "Optiscan has been informed by CZM that the regulatory pathway is progressing as planned, with receipt of CE Mark for ZEISS CONVIVO® as the first step."
It was a very ambiguous statement to say the least, but one poster here followed up with the new OIL management and it was indeed a statement to say that CE approval had been obtained, not that many like yourself understood what had been said and there certainly wasn't any follow up statement by the new MOB at OIL to clarify any thing that may have been misinterpreted.
This was the reason why one poster asked if some were being told everything, whilst ordinary shareholders like yourself weren't?
