Rig was delayed a bit, I think they are about a month behind previous plans. Might explain weakness - the market punishes delays as most traders have had bad experiences with the specs that continually miss time targets for drilling, resource estimates, PFS timing etc and tend to dump at the first sign of a "non-performer"
Can't really read anything into this delay as they have no control over manufacturing delays.
