ok so as this comical relief story unfolds we have a vacuum salesman, building an empire out of suing major companies and tying money and resources up for years, did they not get his deluxe hoover to market on time, and to show how serious they are they used a no win no pay firm, so I dont see how any one can cost the action at 14 million dollars when it was free if they lost and only took a percentage if they won, so no actual money changed hands, what it does however show is that when this wannabe gets disgruntled he will tie a company up for several years while he tries to prove a point, lets see he is disgruntled with GPP management, so lets start some form of legal action hmmm a 249D should do, next if he is disgruntled with GSM because they couldnt show him the lithium, maybe they can sue them and of course Thermaquatica, whoa, no 300% increase, nope not good enough lets sue them, now to answer a question, I have on many occassions put forward my thoughts only to be howled down, so why do I need to keep repeating them every second post, either you understand or you dont, but please say all the things you like about me I am not biting, I am starting to rather enjoy the criticism of me whilst no one can offer any other solution cheers
