I thought so. I knew you posted it a couple of weeks ago.

So the facility at Stawell makes no sense, if PASS can be taken for $25/T with no Lime Treatment. We know PASS from Melb's Infrastructure Projects must be treated according to the specification laid down.

The owners at Stawell, would be paying a lot more in costs to build this facility, then $25/T in Revenue would cover. It's purpose built & would have gone through a Cost Benefit Analysis as a basis of justifying the Capital Works.

As you say Mogga " ya can't just dump PASS in any old corner anymore". The Owners of the Stawell facility obviously agree.
