All that is required is a loose definition of the word 'imminent'
In terms of value/size/enterprise value/assets etc it is an obvious (or the only) choice for many suitors.
Has surprised me an offer hasnt already come. I suspect if Beach didn't get Lattice then Senex would have already been gobbled up by Beach.
