Not a bad view either imo.

Lawyers shouldn't be allowed to work for themselves imo, they should work for the people, its a downfall of capitalism imo because its mostly money wins or the poor need years of savings to be able to argue with a rich dude and still likely lose.... It's not a level playing field out there and imo Lawyers should be like public servants or just have fixed wages, the Law shouldn't have capitalism in it.

5 yrs experience on 80k
10 yrs 100k
15 yrs 150
20 yrs Max out at 200k
Bonus's given if average time of case reduced..

Something like that might be ok maybe.... just thinking out aloud..
