I'm curious to see where the MMRT Early Works PASS will go

With seepage a major issue with PASS - this is the type of infrastructure  that is needed (as previously indicated) to take PASS safely



add to this the lime treatment, monitoring and capping and I really can't see it being done for $25 per tonne

let alone 24/7 and all weather

We have seen the EPA fine landfills, transport companies, soil assessors and developers for infringements concerning illegal dumping

I can't see John Holland taking short cuts or circumventing the law
