The project is not particularly capital intensive for what it is - CIL plants are cheap. Can get thrifty and ship in a second hand plant and get going. cheap labour costs in indo which are often up around 1/3 of the operating cost of a plant. People like gold at the minute, so I don't think finding the money will be a big issue once they have it all planned out
