fair call cyril, but do you feel something good will happen by replacing inexperience with inexperience, it doesnt work, there needs to be qualified with business acumen who have a history in this type of environment, its like buying an ice cream walking out into the 40 degree heat and it melts, so you get a different brand and think it wont melt, you dont need like for like you need someone far more experienced with lots of energy and someone prepared to be transparent, we are currently not seeing this from either party, if it goes to the new inexperienced crew what do you feel they will do differently to turn this around
