In accordance with the orders of the Takeovers Panel made on 29 June 2018, the Bidder gives notice that it varies the Offer by extending the Offer Period so as to change the close of the Offer Period from 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 2 July 2018 to 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 3 August 2018 (unless further extended or withdrawn).
