To my knowledge, no. Nor would it be an overnight change of law if it were to be relaxed somewhat (the discussion has come up in the AFR again today). However, could acquisition of an existing competitor's chain circumvent that? Nevertheless, Amazon can (or do?) still sell a lot of the healthy and beauty items - their local debut was appalling but once they bed down their operations, it's anyone's guess how they will treat this market.
