But then that equation is also complicated by the question as to whether EBOS can maintain service levels for their other customers given the operational 'burden' a customer like CW will impose on their business, and who stands to potentially capture any of these customers should they have their sights set elsewhere.
CW may get their comeuppance one day if Amazon look to do something in this space locally. Until then...they are the only winner as you say
