That seems to be a strange comment. Both have PDL portfolios as the core part of their business. Both in different ways have sought to expand their product offerings through providing credit as well, albeit in different ways and potentially to different target audiences. Nonetheless both PNC and CCP have core steady business predicated on PDLs.
