To me, this reads, more like - the decision to hand the project back to CIO has been quashed. So now it is up to CIO to recover it through the current mining minister. Bad news.
Pretty unfair for shareholders to suffer due to the incompetence of previous management. Also unfair for Paterson to come along and scoop up a project and value that shareholders have poured money into.
Hopefully the minister will repeat the handing over of the tenement back to CIO, by their predecessor.
