Hmmmm ... does anyone know those candidates/people who have lodged 249D ... or is this perhaps a plot By GK to create a 249D and then claim victory if it fails to discourage another 249D (that was perhaps in prepatation)?
Does anyone know if these people are in fact those who initiated it from here (HC) or is someone taking advantage?
