Why the 5th of July as you've mentioned, does this relate to SPP?

Beadell Resources Limited - Share Purchase Plan
Beadell Resources Limited (Beadell or Company) wishes to inform that the closing date for the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 7 May 2018 has been extended until Monday 2 July 2018, which is the final date for shareholders to submit their applications.
The Company advises that the SPP will NOT BE extended again. The FINAL closing date is next Monday 2 July 2018."


Generally wanted to ask did anyone attend the General Meeting and could offer any feed back.
