I did reply to why I believe he can vote and there is many ways around it, he can resign from the board of Pandora, he can be excluded from voting for Pandora’s right to support or reject the 249d, voting on options is just a little different to voting on this, I would imagine that he can and will know what he needs to do to remain in power, I don’t think he is being given enough credit for being smart, and like I said before once this action is started I believe it will be irreversible damage done to the company
