its like you have 2 children, one you keep telling him he is dumb and continue telling him this (downramping), eventually he believes he is dumb and gives up trying to learn, the other child you tell him how clever and smart he is (upramping) eventually he believes he is so much smarter than the other child regardless of his results, this doesnt mean one child is smarter than the other but if you keep telling them, thats how they perform (GPP SP), I say only a miracle can save GPP now, so now can you explain how to put lithium in a hole when there is none there to start with, maybe its there but is down so deep its uneconomical, I have never said something doesnt need changing I have said it needed to be handled differently
