Because I work in investment advisory and have been assessing unlisted property trusts for the best part of 20 years. I ran the ruler over the Domacom Fund when it was first launched. In my professional opinion, it is a flawed product. I don't think that the fact I am a deliberate non-holder of DCL invalidates my view any more than the fact you are a holder automatically validates your view.
