    Never mind the 2b question, it was all the script from the takeover. I remembered about 5 minutes after posting.

    I’m still not sure what stake Resource Capital Fund currently holds? Might do some digging tomorrow.

    Regarding management, it was just based on conversations with Ron at one of their roadshows a while back. They seem to be very cost conscious from what I could gather.
