I would like to see the evidence that management "channel stuffed" the March Qtr.

A plausible scenario is that patient procedures for the last 2 weeks of December were deferred to January ( so as to defer patients past Christmas) but the product sales were still made in the December Qtr; that would inflate the December Qtr sales at the expense of the March Qtr.

Does anybody know whether hospitals buy Aeroform units for inventory or to meet a specific order? I thought it was buy to order.

...by the way... 5% of the company is the same amount of stock irrespective of the share price on the day...
