that is not because i am not optimistic for 2019 that mean QOI is not a good company. We had few investor visits in the past weeks and everybody are waithing about phase 2 anouncement but even if that is released soon 2019 is just next year.We need to double the mining fleet and delivery is not quick. A new AG mill is waithing for us to produce. One good thing about QIO is the fly in fly out that help to have skilled employee from everywere in Quebec, Canada. Fermont is not the greatest place to bring your familly but for 14/14 ok. We have good employees from Raglan(glencore), Canadian Royalties, Stornoway, Canadian Malartic, Goldcorp Eleonore and more. almost every new employee had experience in mining before and that can explain the fast ramp up.
