That is a very good point. From a rights perspective, it would have been better to negotiate global exclusivity. From a commercial perspective, already spent funds would have been better allocated to acquiring a controlling interest in Thermaquatica. If GPP survive the current leadership and poor execution issues, exclusivity will again become increasingly important for revenue scale.
