I am not going to criticise the moderators - they do a fabulous job keeping the flame war contained. But, in the interests of good will to all, I don't think it would hurt anyone's feelings if I said that if I'm honest, I was a little surprised by their determination in this particular case.

I also don't disagree that the management of Legune made a mistake by going down the live-export route: not that we can blame them - for reasons that ellude me, live-export is more lucrative and (I'm told) "less work" than chilled beef. That JV that you mentioned, while an amazing idea, doesn't exist today - and frankly, the capital required is not something SFG has laying around.
