Hi If litagation is interesting to You . What are your thoughts on this scenerio. OZL loaned the BOD the monies to take up their current options this year in return for their agreement to accept the OZL Offer and give control. I think that when this extension period has ended then OZL could mop up the remaing shares left on the market thru a separate Identity without going thru the drama of Comulsory Aquireing . I will be holding my CFDs until the New Tax Year and then closing them . My remaining AVB shares I will think about selling and taking up some CFDs in OZL as the Copper price and demand along with their BARGAIN BUY of OUR AVB will see some good results for them in the next 6 months.
