I'm adding to my position today, and if you look at the market depth, so are many others. I have made a lot of money over the years when gold shorts overextend and get cornered due to fundamentals. That is what this looks like to me. The person I referred to goes onto other mining company chat pages are tries to talk the price down. Look at his comments. You are correct though that the management is short on capital and the lawsuit still looms. I'm betting on them winning that one.
