Hi Reify, refer to previous posts in this thread, there is a link to a recent West Australian article that centres around an oil spill on Garden Island from CETO 5 that has previously never been released to market. Whilst in the past and perhaps now irrelevant, it’s another classic example of CCE’s constant disregard for shareholders by not disclosing information to the market that are important to making investment decisions.
The other big hole I personally feel that no one else here on this forum or at Carnegie has been able to address is how did CETO 5 actually perform? We hear the numbers it operated for a certain amount of hours but there has been no relevant information released around what power was delivered and how much energy it actually generated?
The list goes on but I feel like a broken record.
Am I wrong in thinking that these are important and should be in the public domain given how much money investors and government have given over the years?
Seems most though are happy to blindly keep handing money to a company that has delivered nothing and has a habit of hiding pertinent information that would otherwise be common practice for ASX listed companies to disclose.
A fool and his money are easily parted. I consider myself quite foolish at present!
