Per 2017 annual report these have an exercise price of 56 cents so in the money for $500k.
If past form anything to go by he'll be selling them on market this week. Don't really hear much about this dude, tends to keep a very low profile, has survived a few leadership spills - must have some influence and good ideas so good luck to him I guess...
