i'm not necessarily overly negative on MALI, better than some of the African countries by far, it just that you cant beat Canada for confidence.

So as a comparison, there are conservative investors who simply avoid Africa altogether.

Just a quick google search, and you can see that there are some issues though, child labour, conflict, etc.
