My view is management and ‘team Brimstone’ are closely allied .
I also believe Empire is not unique and there are other instances where once a company is splintered into private hands that percentage can become a ‘goldmine’ for private entities.

From the moment Penny’s Find was deemed a ‘non essential asset” and legally portioned off for $500,000 Empire managers were either supporting team A - the shareholders, or team B - private.

The first move was - Brimstone (or Team B) - the 40% - was rapidly sold for $3.77 million.
Empire shareholders received none of this .

The same 40%was later purchased back by a JV between Empireand a new Team B for $450,000
Empire - as a public company - was legally able to and did produce millions of shares (at .09c )each to fund the JV.

Once secured Empire quickly sold out “it’s non essential “ shares
(A question which remains is how much did Team B actually have to pay overall to LionGold and Empire shareholders to collect this 40%?)

Last year Empire shareholders pay for Team B 40% share of mining costs .
Mining done, Empire management pays Team B $480,000 being its legal share of proceeds

A judge agrees Team B can keep the $480,000 and that, for the next stage of the proceedings, ( which I presume will be managed by Empire’s new Chairman) Team B will be returned to public company hands in lieu of debt payment

Team B walks off with $480,000.
Team B ‘ insiders’ mount an action to overthrow current Management who have actually been doing quite well over at FYI.
