If I was Tesla and Panasonic etc I would be trying to talk down the price of cobalt as well.
Meanwhile they are taking positions in cobalt companies.

I think the rhetoric will run dry against the practical reality that cobalt demand is going through the roof and cobalt supply is up against a hard place in DRC.
