What I like:

- tiny no of shares on issue 49.15 m, incl. staff /directors options 55,19 m
- tight capital structure: board holds 6.5 %, top 30 > 50 %
- market cap 13.8 m, cash 2,4 m, enterprise value 11.4 m
- latest share placements well above current level
- cash flow from existing cannon mine
and last but not least:

- Incredible blue-sky from several korean gold projects

the only negative aspect imo :  SAU's level of awareness is disrespected on market !
