Hey Phoenix thx for letting me know the capex of the Southdown project, I didn't know that.
I saw the residential development project in the presentation and thought that was weird. But even if they end up getting their money back or lose 10-20% it's not the end of the world I guess, though obviously a waste of time.
It's printing money in the meantime. It doesn't look like they're about to run out of iron ore or anything any time soon either?
If they find a partner for Southdowns then surely this has to re-rate. Well even if it doesn't it seems undervalued.
Though we're not the first to realise this, seems strange!
