On the alerts - could I suggest an email as well. I suspect many people don't run the app when on home network and/or quickly turn off any annoying app alerts -- it's surely better for FRX to have more people renewing regularly. I'd also think 7 days out would be more appropriate.
(I do get marketing emails from Joy Schmidt - fyi these would be better coming from Flexiroam rather than an individual)

As it was I have a break from any travel for 6 months so was going to let it expire anyway and I'll then get Local/Global packs depending on destinations and how far in advance I book.

On this last trip.
I'd been tracking deductions versus my Android data usage and the first 3 days had 400MB more deducted than my phone reported used - was in hotels with WiFi each night that was turned on. I then methodically switched SIM card on/off (I use Flexiroam in dual SIM phone) and it was within 20MB.

I will email support, but the last time I did this they were only able to give me daily usage - you need to be able to break it down by hour to see if indeed there is an issue.

On X2. That explains it. I wouldn't have made the 10 friends limit.
