You make a good point about building the gas pipe line and cost ,but they can always pr sell the gas at a lower cost in return of getting the pipeline build ,it would not be the first time a deal like that had been done could be a win win for both party's ,and with the oil well it may be a drop here and there ,but it still fills up barrels and they do add up .
