Well they applied 3 years ago for it according to management when i spoke to them about it, but could not give any idea when it will come thru.
You would think that the Phillipine Government would be jumping out of their skin to sign this off in light of the employment and royalties that would be created.
These hold ups would not instill any confidence for any other potential mining ventures to be invested in within the Phillipines.
Surely by now Pelican management would be asking for a please explain from the Minister as to what the B**** H*** is holding this up!
Not impressed!!!
