if life was this easy....seriously where is the peer review of this method?
Yes, there are benefits in fasting but not eating for 7 days and all your problems disappearing for ever is like the perfect pill to shut all hospitals, medical facilities and turn the whole science and health industry upside down.
What damage are you doing to your gut by adopting this silly strategy? Do you know that good gut bacteria need good carbs to keep other things healthy in your body?
I cringe when i see these sorts of fad being posted by non medical people.
