The merger with Golden Harp and formation of new entity, Americano Mining Inc is supposed to happen towards the end of June. With the extension of the SPP perhaps this has been extended also.

1 new Americano Mining share for each 14.25 BDR shares. i.e. If you have 142,500 BDR shares they will become 10,000 Americano Mining shares. They would then be valued at around 94 cents AU at current prices. Of course if they went to 10 cents then the new share value would be about $14.25 AU.

Then there is the issue of the dual listing and how that plays out. Cheers
