So after all the signals its gone down that supports my theory that in almost all cases whatever you use ( fundamental or technical) you still don't know which way the market will go.
There is an underlying view that the dividend may still need to be cut a bit if more regulations are to come about plus the reality that business is not going to stay this strong forever does suggest that in my view its a bit cheap but that really probably protects against a drop after all the noise about banks has ended.
