Total cash costs are opex, admin, SIB and royalties but do not include D&A or interest. Actual full cycle breakeven is higher than total cash cost, close to $3 according to that quarterly, so they are just about breaking even at this copper price.

Exactly what is in or out of the total cash cost figure depends on what classification scheme is used (which means you need to be careful when attempting to compare companies) but the reference to "cash costs" in this case means they are excluding mine depreciation.
