I agree about the cashflow and earnings potential, but are we expecting any more impairments, which as we saw recently, can quickly wipe out the bottom line? ( I know interested investors like us can see through to the underlying business, but the headline still reads a loss and may deter new investors)
I think if PRT can pay down its debt and clear up its balance sheet (i.e. get all the one-off impairment charges out of the way), then this should be looking quite attractive and worthy of a higher multiple, and probably a takeover.
