    IHA has no obligation to do anything as they are under 20% - they dont even have to let ISU know what their intentions are.

    Their stake has effectively put a stop on all the other offers as well. I'm not sure how keen other parties would be to continue talks with ISU now that they have a blocking stake...

    We might be here for a while (but hope not...)
