I have been doing this a while also and I don't see it as a cap. Usually you see panic selling to lower levels (which didn't happen) because of the large sell order, plus there was buying into the 2 mill. sell, if it was a capper they would move their position higher if there was a threat to having their shares bought, they stayed firm. This is purely an EOFY sell IMO.
